xbox Complete for amazon purchase

wanted to know if there is any way to get xbox complete warranty for my xbox one i just purchased it from Amazon and there were no warranty options..i have not opened the box yet since it's for my kids christmas present.

Just purchased one TB console from Amazon, have a few questions.

Hey Lonewolf F12, Congratulations on your XBOX One TB Console Purchase!

If you live near a Microsoft store you may be able to take your amazon receipt within 45 days to get a plan but it seems you can only get it from a Microsoft Store.

Microsoft Complete is an extended service plan that provides a total of three years of coverage for your Xbox console and Kinect sensor. Additionally, Microsoft Complete provides warranty coverage for two controllers.

Note Microsoft Complete is only available at the time of console purchase from the Microsoft Store. However, if you live in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada, you can add Microsoft Complete for Xbox One up to 45 days after you purchase your

Amazon instant video

Amazon Instant Video shows any films purchased through Amazon and any Amazon Prime content.

Xbox doesn't have a Prime App, rather Xbox Video which only shows films and shows purchased through Xbox Store.

If films/shows purchased from Amazon aren't showing in Amazon Instant Video app you will need to contact Amazon Customer Support to verify your purchases.

Remember, Amazon Prime content changes so they remove films/shows periodically and add new ones. Amazon Instant Video purchases remain all the time.

If you live in a region with a physical Microsoft store, you can take your receipt from an authorized retailer, as well as the console itself, into the store within 30 days of purchase. They will inspect it to make sure it's functional and then you'll be
able to add Complete Care. The only way to add Complete Care at the time of purchase is to purchase the console from the Microsoft Store (either online or in person) and add it to your console then.

the closest microsoft store i have is either in kansas city missouri or st louis missouri both are a 5 hour drive away from me.

Screw Microsoft. Tried purchasing points from Microsoftstore.com. Messgae after completing the process was We will email you shortly. That was to get a code for points. Nearly 24 hours later and no email from Microsoft. So I went to Amazon. Purchased my
MS points and got a code in a matter of minutes. To anyone else having this problem, bypass Microsoft completely and buy your points through Amazon.
