And I wouldn't go thrunthe it without proof and yes even your consumer agency will require it as ita not a couple hundred dollar recall

Or you will be wasting your lawyer time and your money

Any.judge or.lawyer will warn you about thos and if the lawyer doesn't you should.get another

Electrician and a firemarshal. Or inspector is required for any.electrical.recall and that's what you are asking for

As mentioned you need to contact the stoee not manufacturer for refunds and yes that's what your consumer agency will tell ypu

The paint like computers are .grounding if you got electrocuted your console would be dead

One the painted metal is grounded meaning it absorbs shock and electricity if you got electrocuted from the console EVERYTHING would be dead. Including your tv.And stereo and your firemarshell not your lawyer would be involved as that would be a surge

If you got shocked.by static electricity that's different and not related to the console

Computer.components.are more.sensitive to.shocks then you are electrical surge would.fry everything connected to.the one electrical chain including your tv if youbhav one of those you'd better check with an electrician or did you get an electrician to access your wiring ? I would because a surge is dangerous to your house and your firrmarshell would demand it

Your consumer agency would require a electrician and a firemarshell.report to make sure it's not the wiring fyi

Because despite ehat you think recalls is not issued for user errror

And yes electrocution is a recallable event why do you think kids watches get recalled if a peice of metal is out of place

Because a recall will cost billions including your consumer agency to write and investigate and they don't issue those lightly

No it would never be a refund you have to address that with the retail store not ms if the escalation team put you back to t1 then they found it wasn't the console most likely and you havr to go thru the repair proccess or address it with the store if you want a refund since ms didnt get the money from you since you are claiming it's a new console you address it with the store and their return policy

MS doesn't get money directly from stores

Distributors buy from manufacturers and then take their cut then sell to the stores

And yes that's what your consumer agency would tell you

Repairs are manufactuers job and their job is to investigate if something harmful happened and yes those would be documented

And FYI they do take it seriously with electrocutions that can cause a product to be recalled if it was the product not user error and it wouldnt be your consumer lawyer who would investigate it would be the FCC and you are talking about years not months and if it wasn't the product which is why t2 investigates

If it goes to trial or arbitration and the notes prove it wasn't the console fault you would've wasted money

This includes medical and incident reports

If the tier 2 said no and sent it back down to repair person that's alk you going to grt

As mentioned if you want the refund then you have to go with the store

And yes they will take back anything that is "dangerous"

If you are talking about a xbox one you do realize that the consoles are grounded right? So if you touch the outside it wouldn't do anything this is same with computers this avoids damage to components

If you touch components inside ir the metal part of the plug that's user error

Or using a powrrbar
