    [0x80004002] we cant connect to xbox live right now the service is down. how do i get around this? my buddies who live near me can all join fine so i know the service isn't actually down. This is for my companion app on my PC to do a voice overlay, all
    my settings are good to go for this type of streaming and my internet is very good and very stable with my ethernet cable, my pc specs are very good and my xbox is all up to date.

    To be sure, are you using the Xbox app or the Console Companion App? Party chat has been discontinued for the Console Companion App.

    they are stopping the xbox companion from streaming they have already stopped it in the companion app and moved it fully to xbox app on pc and i suspect windows 10 version too.
