Xbox Companion won't post captures

When I try to upload a capture from the Xbox Console Companion on Windows 10, and I click on the button "Upload", the following message is displayed: "There was a problem uploading your capture Try again later."

I can't find anything online, and I have gone through all the privacy settings for my Xbox profile and the settings in the capture section of windows 10.

Thanks for the comment, but my friend has the same game and it works for him. The Xbox Companion also lists the name of the game automatically so I'm assuming that means it is being recognized. I'll try a different game just in case though.

Its probably the game wich is not recognized by the app, what you can do is create a copy of your file then changing its properties with a valid tag. You can get these valid tags by downloading your own captures from the xbox app then go to property of the
downloaded file and copy its tag.

You can try resetting the app by right clicking it, then go to more, then app settings.

i can upload captures normally for most of the games i have but there are some games that the xbox companion app doesn't upload, like Mass Effect 1 and Resident Evil 1 HD Remaster, using the xbox companion beta i was able to upload captures of these games
but now microsoft has disabled permanently the option to upload captures using the xbox companion beta. So my question is, why the xbox companion app don't upload captures and clips of this particular games? and if there is a way to solve it?
