    Hi, HP Lap top sees the Xbox, the Xbox name appears will not connect. Tried connecting both wireless and hardwired, turned off anti virus, re named Xbox, ran a ping check from PC gets response, removed companion app and re installed no joy. Yes both have
    been rebooted between tests. Have another lap top it connects first time? Have run out of ideas! Help please

    Yes and no, the pc we tried to connect first has the issue, we then tried a second pc and no problem!

    Are both the xbox and app on the same account also if you have multiple laptops linked up it can sometimes stops it working.
