Xbox Companion App Party on PC not WORKING Any clues?

So my problem is that I can't hear my friends that are over on xbox.

I was using the app as usual about 2 or 3 days ago.

I can join the party and connect to them, but their circle isn't turning on when they speak thus I am not hearing them. On the other hand my mic does light up. The same thing happens with them on their end.

I have tried with multiple friends, and its the same.

What I have tried/tested:

My Nat Type: Open

My Mic is set to default and have tested in other apps such as discord. (It works)

My Speakers work and are set to default also.

Reset/deleted the app and re downloaded it but still the same.

Note: Every other feature works.

My OS is up to date.

U can reach support team following these simple steps (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us#0:2:4):

Sign in to Xbox.com

Step 1: Scroll down and select Support at the bottom left under Xbox.
Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.
Step 3: Select Xbox One, then "View Other Options"
Step 4: Select your problem
Select - "Show contact options"
Select - Request Support Call

I have the exact same problem on my PC. Xbox Game Bar and the companion app don't let me use party chat. It says I'm in the party, but I can't hear my friends and they can't hear me. What's weird is, it worked perfectly a month or two ago but now it doesn't
work at all. I've tried every solution I could find online and nothing works.

No communications ban?, try to download the app on your mobile device and try from there so we can discard that

the double audio im hearing is coming from the companion app on my pc that im using to stream from my xbox. its not from streamlabs. im getting the audio from my xbox and my pc via the companion app. but im using the companion app to use party chat to
talk. so i cannot mute it because it then mutes the party chat audio and im not able to hear my party.
