    Hi xbox community i was just wondering i ve had my elite controller for about 6months and the other day i was playing and the right bumper came out of the socket completly and is no longer attached, i looked up some vids on youtube and apparently this
    is a common problem with the controller i was just wondering if i should contact microsoft or buy the spear bumpers and tool kit of amazon and repair it myself

    First we can not discuss self repair on these forums as it breaks the code of conduct.

    Second, the warranty on the elite controller is 90 days in the USA/Canada and 1 year in the EU. Out of warranty repair is the cost of a new one.

    Microsoft has a different policy for elite controller owners please
    Contact Us     so we can determine if you have an option to return it. You can also visit your closest Microsoft store for even more options.

    Well, they spend too much time on their products, see money is success in business, Making updates for the Xbox One, rolling out New prices on Hot Items, New computer systems, One little flaw with the marketplace is the least of their problems, Quote "God
    Knows when it'll be fixed" Is to be in session for as long as Microsoft ignores the issue. Maybe addressing them personally will effect anything..

    Earliest memory is Halo CE during Christmas on the launch year of Xbox. My favorite memory is playing through all of Borderlands with my wife (gf at the time) and visiting MSFT campus in 2018 to shoot a video with my Ambassadors and meet Phil Spencer.
