    The title mainly sais it all. I have been helping some people out with the ambassador program & I had come to the realization that my rank is stuck at 0% until next level. Does anyone know what is going on with the ranks?

    I am ambassador level 5 and i have 3,435 xp and my level is still 1 and it is stuck on 50% until next level what is the problem

    Yes. VIP progress is set to reset on January 1. So if you don't spend enough for level 1, you will start completely at 0. If you spend enough by January 1 to reach level 1, you will start the next year at level 1 with 0% progress.

    For Ambassador related issues please use the Ambassador forums in the future

    As for your level being stuck at 0% I assume it's because you haven't reached the required amount of Tenure, you need a combination of both that and XP in order to level up. I can't pull up your profile to check which is why I assume it's your Tenure. Tenure
    is the amount of days you've been an Ambassador.

    Is anyone having the same trouble as me? My levels won't advance I am stuck on level 89 and there is not much sense playing if the levels don't go up. I was fine until I updated.

    again it depends on where you are if your near the end of the level it won't advance until you get to the next level but it will advance as the higher the bar is filled the less it moves and won't until you level up

    How to tell the depth

    Keep digging until you reach bedrock. Very dark with grey stripes. You cannot dig through it. This should be level 0 ish. Lava is found at level 0-10 so you don't really want to be digging around and mining at that level, go up to block 11-16 and you should
    be clear of any lava.
