    I would like to help out people with questions. However, whenever I try to answer a question, I get a message saying "Establishing chat connection". Do I have to allow something through my firewall? Because I am unable to connect to anybody. Please
    help!

    Still, still not receiving tenure for Xbox Community Level. Still not able to access the Ambassador forums.

    I'm talking about Xbox Community Level Tenure, not Xbox Gold tenure. Xbox Community Level tenure is supposed to increase for contributing as an ambassador for consecutive days.

    If you are experiencing problems with the Ambassador Chat, please post in the Ambassador Support Forums so the right people can look into the issue:

    forums.xbox.com/.../2590.aspx

    You should now be able to take chats from any device, phones etc.. Please try using one of those.

    Thank you very much for answering my question. I was able to answer a question on my phone. I still cannot seem to connect via PC.

    Also, the link you gave me does not work. I get a page that says group not found. That is why i posted here.
