Xbox community level gold and tenure

Discus and support Xbox community level gold and tenure in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am trying to apply to xbox ambassor and enforcement united, but it says that i don't have active gold account, which I have, and that i don't meet...     I am trying to apply to xbox ambassor and enforcement united, but it says that i don't have active gold account, which I have, and that i don't meet their minium gold tenure that i used to meet. I would be very thankful for any help

    Still, still not receiving tenure for Xbox Community Level. Still not able to access the Ambassador forums.

    I'm talking about Xbox Community Level Tenure, not Xbox Gold tenure. Xbox Community Level tenure is supposed to increase for contributing as an ambassador for consecutive days.

    @Saw203 That doesn't help at all. Xbox community level gold and tenure :) I'm talking about Xbox Community Level tenure, not Xbox Gold tenure. Thanks for tying to help though.

    The gold recognition problem is a known issue I'm afraid. Xbox community level gold and tenure :(

    I'm not exactly sure where the line is when it comes to referencing information from certain areas of the site, so just to be safe I'm going to send you a Private Message on the forums that will hopefully help get you a path to a solution for this problem!

    My tenure on XCL won't update.

    I think some people are confusing Xbox Live tenure and community level tenure and are thinking the sticky thread here in this section will fix there XCL tenure.

    Your XCL level is the ambassador level you have reached by helping

    The number on your card in the forum is your Community User Level

    The Number to the right on your profile when viewed is the Tenure of your gold subscription (in other words how many years gold you have had)
