    Xbox Community Level Ambassador Error


    As of June 1, 2015 i am unable to use the ambassador program. The program tells me i am not eligible due to not having an Xbox Live Gold account, but i do have a gold account. I have re-logged in and cleared all browsing data. This came at a bad time as
    i would like to participate in the E3 challenge.

    I need help with the Xbox live community level ambassador support forums.

    The Xbox live community level ambassador support forums are not coming up for me. and i have no clue why.

    Preview Program Level, do you know yours?

    You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

    Hi Prodiqy Temper! I had this same issue I had to go into outlook mail box and sign out becouse that email account was not the one I used for my xbox one and it had me sign in that profile for the ambassador program. Hope this helps

    Sorry to hear it Prodigy. You currently are not showing as having an Ambassador badge. What you should do here is post to the Ambassador Forum Access Support section.

    Still, still not receiving tenure for Xbox Community Level. Still not able to access the Ambassador forums.

    I'm talking about Xbox Community Level Tenure, not Xbox Gold tenure. Xbox Community Level tenure is supposed to increase for contributing as an ambassador for consecutive days.
