XBOX community ambassadors

Today I spent my entire day trying to troubleshoot an issue on my Xbox one. I did a lot of online research looking for an answer and couldn't find anything that was answering my question. After opening countless links and being disappointed with the lack
of information on them I was ready to give up my search and live with my problem. And so I did. But then my brother told me about the Xbox community ambassador chat. The ambassador I was chatting with was able to answer my questions in a fraction of the time
that I spent searching for an answer on various links and they even sent me multiple credible links to ensure that I would be able to fix the problem. In all they were very helpful and I would recommend them every time for anyone who is having an issue or
is looking for some help with their console.

As a member of the xbox community ambassadors, you should know the reporting procedure.

It is also not an ambassadors job to "keep the community safe", any more than any other user.

Oh sorry, you said Megabot not Ambassabank. You'll probably have to wait on a official support member to assist with that. Not much I can do.

How long ago did you apply to be an ambassador? If it hasn't been long then that's why it won't let you use the Ambassabank, like the error message says. About the other issue, have you tried changing the date of birth back? And last but not least. You didn't
need to create this thread or post in the other threads. Your original thread would've been sufficient enough. I only posted in this one because it had both of your issues in it.
