    im sorry but what is this communication ban?? this guy is being as toxic as you can and i swear once and i get reported and banned from talking instantly. then after reporting and banning me he then spams my messages with swear words but spelt wrong saying stuff like haha enjoy your ban [mod removed]. this banning system is awful. im going to have to move to ps4 or 5 because of this god awful banning system.

    Suspensions are handed out for a valid violation of the code of conduct. They are examind by the enforcement team, who issue the relevant suspension for the violation.

    You agree to the rules when you sign up for Xbox Live, feel free to print off the terms of use and code of conduct and produce them to your legal advisor.
