Xbox communication temp ban affecting alt accounts?

So my main account which provides gold got a temp communication ban. I have alt accounts not to bypass the ban but to be able to invade people that blocked my other accounts (Dark Souls 3 PVP. Playerbase is small and I get blocked alot because people dont like losing so I make alt accounts to be able to get invasions.)

Anyways, main account got a ban but my alt account doesnt have one. The only thing is, on my alt I cant join or start parties, I just get an error message saying theres a connection issue (which there isn't.) I'm not trying to bypass the ban, I simply use party chat to balance game and music audio. I just need to know if my assumption is correct about a main account that provides gold affecting other accounts that use the gold. I have no way of contacting enforcement because they have no number, email, forum, etc. I cant find anything on google answering my question either.

This issue is probbably not because of the Ban as Xbox does not need xbox live to join parties. But you making a secondary account to bypass is against the Xbox Code of Conduct, You also should not use a VPN to go and Harass other users who blocked you, I hope i helped you with your issue if you have further questions please do not hesitate to get back to me.

I'm not using a VPN at all and I'm not harassing anyone. I make new accounts to invade people that had me blocked because the playerbase is small and if I dont I wont be able to invade anyone. I'm not trying to bypass the ban I'm just asking if it's possible that a ban on the main account that provides gold and home xbox can affect other accounts without a ban. Because on my other account I have no ban and I can send messages but I cant join parties. Again I'm not trying to bypass the ban I'm just asking because I've never had this happen before.

yes it only affects that game on that profile and I dont care to much about the profile. I dont play any other games on windows 10 xbox and was wondering If I made a entire new account would things be "OK" or does rare have the right to put a ban on the
alt account according to Microsoft TOS/ Microsoft Code of conduct/ Xboxcomtou. I could not find anything saying they have the right to ban a alt account when I went through the terms but I could of miss something.

You broke the rules & are being punished.

As mentioned,using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct so they now issue console privilege suspensions to prevent you from doing this.

The other accounts will work on a different device,just not on that xbox until the suspension is over.

then why did Microsoft send me an email literally six hrs ago stating in BOLD letters that I can still play multiplayer but can't communicate but yet its not letting me on any acct. Is Microsoft a bunch of liars then?

I'm having the same issue but when they clearly send you an email that says you can in BOLD letters and they don't allow you to that's lying and false information
