    Xbox Communication Suspension


    Hey guys, over a month ago I was suspended from communication for 30 days and Multiplayer for 7 days. It has been a month since (1st October) and I still find myself banned from communicating.

    I have gone through various pages on xbox support looking for help with no success and the enforcement doesn't come up in my enforcement history so I cannot apply for a case review.

    However I did talk to some bot through text (xbox agent thing in preview) and it said I was suspended from the 9/30/17 till 1/8/18!

    To say the least I do no think this is correct in any way shape or form and am looking for someone to talk to as the xbox support pages do not help me at all.

    Xbox Communication Suspension

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    I have checked my enforcement history and it does not say that there is any enforcement active hence why I cannot apply for a case review. I removed my account, power cycled etc but it hasn't worked. Still unable to use social features.
