The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions so all you can do is wait on their response to your review.

I fixed that for you. It doesn't matter who was on the account, rules were broken and punishment handed down.

The Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement team do not read these forums, and the Xbox staff here have no contact with the team. In my experience with other users who have been in the same situation as you, if you have been suspended from communication and/or serving
a current enforcement action, you will need to wait it out until the action comes to an end. If you have sworn in a message, then this considered a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, thus the reason why they have suspended your account.

To add to what the other people have said as long as you reported the other players actions and their actions violated the code of conduct then they will get suspended also.

If you did not report the other players actions then the enforcement team has nothing to investigate.

If you've been suspended from using communication features on Xbox, the best thing to do is to sign in at [ https://enforcement.xbox.com ]. This is where you'll be able to see your account's standing, find more information on past and current enforcement actions, and possibly, submit a case review for your suspension.

• To see more information on your enforcement action:

- Select your account from the "Showing enforcements for" drop-down menu
- Select your enforcement action.

If your enforcement action is eligible for a case review, you can select "Submit an appeal".

• Please note that:

- Submitting a case review is the only way to get a ban/suspension lifted.
- Not all enforcement actions qualify for a case review.
- Customer support is unable to assist you with bans or suspensions due to not having access to enforcement details.
