    Xbox isn't going to plead for you to stay especially when you've broken rules that violate TOS.

    Also, enforcement agents for Xbox don't use these forums to communicate.

    The best thing you can do is follow the rules, and everything will be ok.

    I fixed that for you. It doesn't matter who was on the account, rules were broken and punishment handed down.
