Xbox communication Issues.

Im just now having this issue where I can hear everyone in game chat I can hear people in party chat and nobody can hear me the chat bubble comes up to where it looks like I'm talking but nobody says anything or responds to me even in party chat I'll say
hey can you guys hear me and my friends will just say hello hello over and over and eventually leave because nobody is talking my NAT type is open I've even went out and purchased a new headset because I thought that was the issue. I've tried everything including
hard resets and going to settings and nothing will work my mic is not muted Ive checked it all and still nothing I've called Xbox support and they of course aren't any help at all. So I'm looking to the community does anyone else have this issue and has found
a solution yet?

enforcement suspension

My son's xbox account was suspended by enforcement for communication issues. Please tell me what he did or said.

Note I also got off a commutation ban less than a day ago

My only guess would be a COMMUNICATIONS BAN but that's just a guess. Sounds like you've checked everything else I'd suggest already. Good luck...

Ahhhh... you posted that at the same time as I. lol That's your problem. They never seem to work right after one, going by past threads here. Good luck getting MS to help.

EDIT: I have a way of getting rid of the issue for now by restarting my console but it will come back sooner or later which is a bummer.

Try doing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know if this resolves the issue. Good Luck!!
