Discus and support Xbox communication bans in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; they should make it when two adults are comunicating bans are less long and if its adult to a minor its the same(cuz the bans are already long lol)...     I have read the code of conduct. The issue here is about providing proof to the person who is paying for a service that an "offence " has been

    Suspensions are handed out for a valid violation of the code of conduct. They are examind by the enforcement team, who issue the relevant suspension for the violation.

    You agree to the rules when you sign up for Xbox Live, feel free to print off the terms of use and code of conduct and produce them to your legal advisor.
