    Xbox communication ban


    I have been wrongfully banned from any type of Xbox communication for the third time. I have literally done nothing wrong in which I can prove. I am seriously not happy at all and I demand a full and proper investigation. If this continues I will be taking
    legal action. This is not on at all.

    Banned for communication then banned from Xbox live 2 days later for nothing

    I understand the communication ban but why the Xbox ban when you've already banned me for communication

    Ive already tried submitting a case on the enforcement website and the website is completely broken. Just get redirected back to the home page after passing the quiz and I was told by a support agent on the phone I could use the forums. Never had this problem
    with Sony. They're not gingist.

    Clear your cookies or try a different browser.

    Support have given you the wrong info.The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    Sony have the same rules on PSN as Xbox live does.

    Any report is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.You do not get suspended for no reason.

    I have read the code of conduct. The issue here is about providing proof to the person who is paying for a service that an "offence " has been

    Suspensions are handed out for a valid violation of the code of conduct. They are examind by the enforcement team, who issue the relevant suspension for the violation.

    You agree to the rules when you sign up for Xbox Live, feel free to print off the terms of use and code of conduct and produce them to your legal advisor.
