    Xbox communication ban


    Surprise, surprise! The Enforcement team have upheld the decision to suspend my son until 19 September. Still no proof provided, no notification as to whether the person who reported my son was disciplined even though he swore.

    I will now be cancelling my Microsoft accounts, writing to the CEO and seeking legal advice on the service being withheld.

    Apple and Sony will now get my custom.

    Good luck, by the way PlayStation uses the same code of conduct and suspends gamers too. The service was withheld because of a violation, legal advice won't do anything, other than comfirm that Xbox has the right to suspend. Don't forget to print off
    the terms of use and code of conduct, your lawyer will enjoy reading them.

    Your sarcasm reinforces the generally held view that "ambassadors" are Microsoft lackeys. You are an embarrasment. Microsoft are happy to peddle games that include swearing and violence and then exhibit double standards in treating minor offences
    with a loss of service and so calked " ambassadors" like you perpetuate that situation. I have contacted Microsoft HQ directly so will deal direct with those who have the power to change things not wannabees who believe they have a role to play when in reality
    they are puppets.

    I have read the code of conduct. The issue here is about providing proof to the person who is paying for a service that an "offence " has been

    committed.

    Suspensions are handed out for a valid violation of the code of conduct. They are examind by the enforcement team, who issue the relevant suspension for the violation.

    You agree to the rules when you sign up for Xbox Live, feel free to print off the terms of use and code of conduct and produce them to your legal advisor.

    I would also encourage you to review the Code of Conduct found on the enforcement website as well as the Terms of Service. They both have useful information before you start seeking legal advice.
