Xbox communication ban appeal / complaint

I was recently communication banned for two weeks. I'm assuming it was because of a toxic message I sent to another user, which I regret (heat of the moment), however, there is one thing I'm puzzled by. I've looked around for appeal sections, and there seems
to be none, and whenever anyone else asks where it is, someone will hush it down and say that the report system is flawless, and that several different teams review the case, and make a decision on whether or not to ban. I was banned instantly. 5 minutes after
the message was sent, I got a message for xbox notifying me of enforcement action. I doubt even 1 team reviewed the case before I was banned. Also, a 2 week ban for calling a players game tactics
[Mod Removed]? I think that's a bit of an overreaction.

If anyone from xbox can give me an explanation of this it would be much appreciated. My GT is , if you're wondering.

I was recently banned from communications about a day ago and know it's bc I sent a message saying "1v1 me pussayy" to another user playing For Honor. He replied "bring it ****" and must have reported me. I understand that I was wrong and won't do it again.
All I ask is that this isn't a permanent ban bc I've been a loyal gamer since day 1 of xbox 360 days. I consider this a lesson and will not continue in my shananigans. Im not sure how long my suspension is but please HELP!? I can't even communicate with friends
and this is my 1st offense. My brother owned the account for like 3 years before me and may have been in similar situations I do not know.

apparently I got a band for sending no messages at all I was simply playing Rainbow Six Siege and all the sudden I got an Xbox notification that I had a Communications ban although at the time I was in a custom game with my friends in a party chat no message
is being sent which really makes me angry you know I'm not trying to be rude or anything but Microsoft or Xbox maybe you should look a little harder at the things that we do before you randomly ban people it really makes me mad that you just don't care maybe
you should really look into the situation before you ban somebody because little did you know I did not send any hate messages at all to any people that day or the following past 3 weeks so yeah
