Xbox communication and live suspension.

My account has been locked out by Xbox enforcement. I have done nothing possible to receive a ban since I have not been online for over 9 days. If I sent something in this time then I believe my account is compromised. I only received a comma ban over a
month ago and have not sent any messages since. I think I am being targeted with reports or my account is hacked. To determine this I would really appreciate talking to an Xbox live enforcement agent. Please private message so I can explain my situation. I
filed a case review, but with the character limit I do not think that it best explains the situation.

A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you believe your account has been compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

There must be a a way to talk to enforcement team in person. An automated small comment system doesn’t give much room for explanation or appeal with cases. My situation seems complicated and I’d much like to talk to a representative if at all possible. I
was told by Microsoft support that it has happened in the past.

Well that was in the past, but now only the case review is the only way to reach the Enforcement team for security reasons and to prevent contact abuse. Take the advise of Smwutches as that is the correct process to follow regarding compromise accounts.
