    Hello all, I'm new to this forum so pardon my ignorance. I have the glitch where I can not change my account bio, name, and location on my 360. On this site I can edit my location bio and gamertag but not my name? Is this a glitch? Is there a fix? Thanks.

    Try to delete your cookies and temporary files and restart your browser.

    Also make sure that compatibility mode is turned on.

    Yeah I never had a problem sending a ton of messages in a single day. Must be that you broke some sort of rule or it's possible you try to message someone who's blocked you.
