Xbox.com wrong url please fix

Hi! I was sent here by the Xbox Support, I'm sorry if it's the wrong place to post this. I noticed an issue with some wrong urls on Xbox.com on some countries. I would like you to take a look at this. I'm going to explain what's happened. I can provide screenshots
So, when you head on the Xbox.com achievements page, url
here (must be signed in), Xbox 360 games have wrong urls on them. I will give an example, let's say I want to check my "The Walking Dead" game achievements. I head to the above url, and click on the Walking Dead. Instead of a game icon, it displays a generic
Xbox gamepad and when I click on it, it does not lead me to the game, but on Xbox Games Store . After a little search on the page's html code, I noticed that the link that the generic image
leads to is http://marketplace.xbox.com/el-GR/Product/The-Walking-Dead/00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 (line 2332 on the code)
which leads nowhere. Instead, the correct link for The Walking Dead game is http://marketplace.xbox.com/el-GR/Product/The-Walking-Dead/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d802584111de .
After a little research, I found out that the wrong url is same for every game, the 0000000 string is placed on them, when it should be a string like the one in the second url I gave. This, results to the following errors:

• I can't compare Xbox 360 games with my friends, an "Uh oh, this shouldn't have happened. It seems like you found a glitch in the system, try again later" error appears.
  
• All Xbox 360 games on achievements page don't have game icons, which makes super hard to find a game that I want.
  
• When I click on a game, I can't get to the game's store page but it leads to the marketplace home page.
  

This only happens on my Xbox.com website, on both consoles it works fine. Any chance you can take care of it?

Xbox.com wrong url causes issues

I have formatted my laptop twice during this time...Plus, it can't be cookies fault when it's obvious that the url is broken! I know it's an Xbox.com issue, anyone could just press the link and find out (if he/she has an Xbox 360 game in his library). To
be honest, I don't know why support guided me here, but since they told me, I had to post! Thanks for the reply though!

We can't...really do anything to help you. All I can suggest is to clear out your cache, cookies, and all related data in your browser, make sure your browser is up to date, or use a different browser. Alternatively, the Xbox.com site could just be broken.
It seems to be that way half the time anyway.

Yes this happens on me too! On the website. My Xbox works fine!

 

Update: The new "My Games" section page, isn't showing any Xbox 360 game either, it only shows Xbox One games, Εισέλθετε στο λογαριασμό Microsoft . Finally, when I tried to make it
show my Xbox 360 games via the url it showed an empty list https://account.xbox.com/el-GR/MyGames/Xbox360 . These are too many flaws to be on our end. This has to be an Xbox.com issue.

 

I also have this issue. I can compare fine any game on my Xbox One (even the 360 games) but on Xbox.com I can't. I get the error described. Hadn't noticed the wrong urls, nice find. Hope Support does something to fix.

 

This is still not fixed, I hope they do something soon.

 

Update: As far as the GR region is considered, this issue is now resolved. Everyone in the Greek website should be now able to use the achievements page properly! I know it still affects other countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Magyarorszag) but it's fixed
for Greece. Thanks Xbox Support.
