    Xbox.com won’t let me login.


    I tried to login after changing my password and after clearing the cookies but it won’t work. I’m logging in on my phone (never had a problem with this before) and I press on login and it loads a page, then it loads a second page (both identical; white background with Xbox symbol towards the top) and then loads the Xbox.com front page not signed in. I tried to buy and add a game to my account because I thought maybe a different login method would work but nope. On the checkout page, when I did login it said it couldn’t and something was wrong with it on Xbox’s side. I will try again later because maybe it will work then but if not I need to get this fixed soon. The game I’m trying to buy is on sale for 4 days so if I don’t I won’t be able to buy it.

    I understand you need help on your problems accessing the website to buy games.

    If you are using your phone, try using the Xbox app and see if you can search and buy the game from there.

    You can also try using a different browser or use in-private browsing just to check if it works. If you have an Xbox console, try buying the game from there too see if it helps.

    No, it’s a iCloud.com

    It won’t let me login where it has to enter the EA account. It shows that there is an account by my email but it just won’t let me go any further than that. I will share a picture of what I mean without the email
