    I was on xbox.com/redeemcode and entered my 25 digit code to get 12 months gold membership and clicked continue or enter whatever, and it confirmed it was 12 months, then clicked continue again and it game me this error code XBOS3008 52cc2ea2-39f5-4272-ba69-88dc86ac4f9c
    Please help

    I bought the Xbox Live 12 month membership code from Amazon.com I entered it many times on my XboxOne. The message that would show up said something went wrong each time. I logged off my XboxOne and I entered the code once again and the same message would
    show up.

    I *JUST* started getting this error code when trying to access the store or games application on my Nokia Lumia 920. Any resolution to this besides hard reset?

    As mentioned, I first noticed this last night when I had a notification on my store live tile that an application update was available (showing a "1"). When I touched the icon to download the update that's when I got the 805a8011 error. It said to log in
    to XBOX.COM to fix it. However, no problem there. I then went into the game application, swiped to the right to view my profile and got the same error.

    I reset my account password this morning, but it did not fix. Removed two step verification as well.

    Very annoying.

    2. Ensure the date and time settings are correct.

    3. Factory reset your windows phone.

    • Select Reset your Phone.
