    I was trying to redeem a 3+1 month xbox live gold card that I had just recently gotten, and originally i tried to use it on the xbox, but then it told me that the code was invalid for this type of purchase, so i entered the xbox live code through the computer
    as well. At first it put it through, saying it was in fact a 3+1 xbox live gold card, but then it said that I encountered an error, and told me to enter the error code on Xbox Error Status Codes | Xbox Support. It said that there wasn't
    a help page for this error code, but i copied and pasted it. so I didn't enter it in wrong. I don't know what to do, $25 was spent on this card, and I don't want it to go to waste.

    I *JUST* started getting this error code when trying to access the store or games application on my Nokia Lumia 920. Any resolution to this besides hard reset?

    As mentioned, I first noticed this last night when I had a notification on my store live tile that an application update was available (showing a "1"). When I touched the icon to download the update that's when I got the 805a8011 error. It said to log in
    to XBOX.COM to fix it. However, no problem there. I then went into the game application, swiped to the right to view my profile and got the same error.

    I reset my account password this morning, but it did not fix. Removed two step verification as well.

    Very annoying.

    1. Verify your Windows Phone's storage is not full or close to full. Make enough room on your phone if you are closed.

    2. Ensure the date and time settings are correct.

    3. Factory reset your windows phone.

    • Navigate to Settings.
    • Select About.
    • Select Reset your Phone.
