If you are getting a message saying that the code is not active yet then please return to the store you purchased it from (with your receipt) and have them activate the code.

ive had the same problem with 5 gift cards. I have attempted to redeem online, through the xbox one, through the 360 and through microsoft computer. Then i attempted the other 3 xbox ones I had and it didn't work on anything keep getting the same message:

This code isn't active yet

Try using it at a later date.

very *** off and Microsoft. And yeah *** I have that many xbox *** products so fix it!!1!

I *JUST* started getting this error code when trying to access the store or games application on my Nokia Lumia 920. Any resolution to this besides hard reset?

As mentioned, I first noticed this last night when I had a notification on my store live tile that an application update was available (showing a "1"). When I touched the icon to download the update that's when I got the 805a8011 error. It said to log in
to XBOX.COM to fix it. However, no problem there. I then went into the game application, swiped to the right to view my profile and got the same error.

I reset my account password this morning, but it did not fix. Removed two step verification as well.

Very annoying.

1. Verify your Windows Phone's storage is not full or close to full. Make enough room on your phone if you are closed.

2. Ensure the date and time settings are correct.

3. Factory reset your windows phone.

• Navigate to Settings.
• Select About.
• Select Reset your Phone.
