Xbox.com Sign in Issues

I can't click the sign in button, even when i somehow managed to sign in, I click on the settings button on the profile, it just brings me to the support page to change your child's xbox privacy settings. https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb...ge-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings I click on xbox setting link, it brings me back to the same page linked above This website is so garbage, I expected better from a multi million dollar company and not a garbage website that you can't even sign in to I want to change the parental control settings, but i can't because I can't even access the settings page, this account was created A few months ago without me changing any settings, but somehow, it has parental control when I play Minecraft it wont let me join any realms. P.S. I tried on both my windows 10 PC and IOS phone but has the same issues, I have also rebooted my PC Here is a video explaining what i meant:

Try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser. That will many times help the login issues.

I know what settings to change but when i go to the xbox website to fix the settings it wont let me sign in. Also I dont have an xbox.

First, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/profile, from there click on "Go to Xbox profile".

Kindly try using a different browser as well.

I recommend to try the following article:
Troubleshoot changing online safety or privacy settings on Xbox One.

sign into the Parent Microsoft account on the Xbox
Xbox Button > System Tab > Settings
Account > Family
Choose the child profile > Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live Privacy

Try this out and let us know the results .
