Xbox.com says my rep is "Good" but XBL profile still says "Avoid Me"

    Xbox.com says my rep is "Good" but XBL profile still says "Avoid Me"


    I don't get it. I was on Avoid Me 8 months ago and stopped playing. (I was idling Titanfall, screw the devs for not transferring progress from 360). Enforcement.xbox.com says my rep is good, and there' no feedback at all. Yet, my profile on XBL still shows
    "Avoid Me."

    Enforcement Page "Good Player" and XBL Profile "Avoid Me"

    Hello,

    My son's account went to Avoid Me back in June. I took X-Box away from him for the summer so he can enjoy being outside instead of stuck in the house. Plus, I figured having him away from XBL for a few months would normalize his reputation.

    When I check the X-Box Enforcement page, his Reputation is Green "Good Player" for the month of September. When I sign into XBL and check his profile, it still shows "Avoid Me".

    After 2.5 (almost 3) months of not playing, is there a reason why his profile still says Avoid Me, especially when the Enforcement page shows Good Player? I was on hold for 55 mins before finally getting in touch with XBL Customer Service.

    They could not explain this and suggested I create a post here for further assistance. With Destiny 2 coming out tomorrow, my son is looking forward to getting back on the X-Box with his buddies to play, but with an Avoid Me rep on his profile, he won't
    be able to find games with them. He also does not want to use another profile as he's built this one up for a few years now.

    Can someone please explain why the Avoid Me rep on his profile hasn't changed in almost 3 months? Also, why doesn't the XBL profile reflect what's being shown on the Enforcement page, which says his profile as a Good Player "Green" for this month. I'd appreciate
    it if his XBL profile can be updated and the Avoid Me be removed.

    Avoid me rep after 5 months. Help

    I got the avoid me rep in may and its September now and i still have it. When i sign on to my account and go to enforcement it says that my reputation is a good player but on Xbox it says its avoid me. Please help. i want to play.

    Yeah,it sometimes takes the enforcement site time to sync up properly.

    Whatever your rep says on your console is your true rep.

    Player reputation is separate from an enforcement action.

    Player reputation changes when your have received negative reviews on your Gamertag.

    The enforcement page is to see your account may have a suspension.

    Alternatively if it says good player, it may have not updated on the site yet either as well.

    So if i play like gta and not kill no one and do missions will that help or ROBLOX? Maybe rainbow?

    Issue with Rep.

    Like if you click my profile, it will say "avoid me" - but on the actual enforcement page on Xbox.com - I have been a "good player" for two months straight now?

    Rep issues

    The clear issue is that the Enforcement page is not accurate regarding your rep.

    Your console and Xbox.com profile ARE accurate. If your profile on the console or Xbox.com says your rep needs work or is avoid me then that is true. The Enforcement page can lag behind by 2 or 3 days or more, but it will eventually show what your console
    shows.

    As others said only you can change your rep. There is no help from Enforcement or Support for this as it isn't an Enforcement action like a suspension and Support doesn't deal with rep or suspensions.
