    Xbox.com Messages just spinning


    Is anyone having an issue where they try to log on to Xbox.com to send message and all they see is the screen grayed out with a spinning black circle? I have tried to view the messages on my MAC, Window 7 PC at home and Windows 10 PC at work...still the
    same issue. My cousin in PA is also seeing this as well. Not sure if it a Silverlight issue, I have the latest version on all machines.

    Credentials error

    credentials? isnt that like your accont info?

    Try to go on xbox.com and sign into it and see if u have any messages. might just need to verify an email or something

    Unable to redeem XBOX Live Gold Membership card code.

    For those of you with a similar problem - problem solved

    I got an error message on Xbox (360) entering a redemption code with a 12 month Live subscription - got an error message that the code was not valid.

    I got a spinning green xBox logo (waiting) on xbox.com when attempting the same redemption. I updated to the latest version of Silverlight (on a Mac) but still got the spinning logo and eventually (if I waited) I got an inactionable server error message.

    Although I thought the problem was with the redemption card I purchased over the Internet, it was actually because I had a paypal account loaded from years ago when I set up the xBox and had a trial Gold account. Once I removed the Paypal account from my
    profile, I was able to move past the spinning green logo on xbox.com and get to the redemption screens. The code worked the first time.

    Microsoft XBOX team - please correct this problem, it's clearly a bug both on the Xbox Live code redemption screens and from xbox.com

    Right now, loading it up with Edge and Firefox on my Windows 10 PC is normal. The Xbox app, however, is stuck with a spinning icon while it endlessly tries to load my messages.

    Trying open it with Safari (with macOS) and Mobile Safari (on iOS) right now is greyed out with the spinning icon like you. The Xbox app on iOS, however, loads messages just fine.

    Really have no clue what factors are causing this. What a strange, inverse scenario I'm experiencing here...

    Cant sign in

    Yes able to sign in to xbox.com and microsoft.com as normal.

    No error message is displayed. I click add new account and the wheel spins Nd then returns me to the previous screen

    Can't send messages on Xbox website

    UPDATE:

    randomly checked it this morning and the spinning wheel screen stopped, it loads the messages now but I can only see the messages from months ago before this happened, its very strange.
    Ok so I have found a way to get it to load, go to xbox.com and the friends page, from there, then click messages and it will load the messages from before the time it happened.

    I second that! I keep going to xbox.com, just to watch the COD console spin around. lol Wow, that console looks amazing! November 3rd can't get here fast enough.

    No messages on Xbox.com?

    Just tried and it worked. Try deleting your cache, the website wasn't working for me until I did this.
