    xbox.com friends list is NOT alphabetical, WHY?


    It's IMPOSSIBLE to sort through the friends list on xbox.com

    ADD A SORT FEATURE!!!!!!!!!!!

    This is SERIOUSLY ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Any Browser, I use the new Microsoft Edge; and, Chrome. In either case the friends list or sending a message to friends is Not sorted by anything that would make sense.

    It's now Feb 24, 2020.... Microsoft you've had 20 years to program this correctly; but, NO!!

    My name bio online status and friends list is only viewable on peps on my 360 friends list. Cloud us on my xbox 1 friend list but because of the system hes not on my 360 friends list cuz both our 360 lists are full. My parents taught me not to reveal personal
    stuff to stangers thats why. What I dont get is since cloud is on my xb1 list why xbox.com says add friend he isnt a follower.

    Hmmm. Would you be able to elaborate on what the issue is, or why it is affecting me and not a single other person on my friends list? Xbox.com/support says Live is up and running...

    It's the update they did/why the servers where down, I assume they will fix it later.

    Why can't I send friend requests anymore

    Check your friends list isn't full to begin with. You could add friends on Xbox.com through your browser. Try resetting your router (unplugging it for 10 minutes and then plugging it back in) and see if that help?
