Xbox.com/errorhelp

I got an error message "let us know by entering 0x87cc0100 at Xbox.com/errorhelp" which has no results and no place for entering new error codes which these error codes are determined by the programmers why is there no documentation for something you programmed.
It's your system you put the error codes in how do you not know what caused it. Why tell me to go somewhere that has less information than I have?
