Xbox.com doesnt recognise my Gold membership(?)

    Hello,

    so today I bought 12 months XBL Gold and activated it. So far so good. But when I try to get the 360 game from Xbox.com it always says "get Gold now" so I cant get the game. Instead I get to choose between the Gold membership choices. Is this a known issue?
    (On my Xbox One it says XBL Gold expires 03/05/2017 as it should)

    Oh and yes I´m new to the Gold audience Xbox.com doesnt recognise my Gold membership(?) :D

    I renewed my gold membership but it doesnt show that I have it. Even on xbox live rewards I got 10 points for renewing my membership but it says that I am still a free member on xbox.com. Can someone please help?

    upgrade to family membership

    How do i upgrade from my annual gold membership to an annual family gold membership, it doesnt give me an upgrade option!

    Do you have an Xbox 360? You could try downloading the game there. For some reason the website doesn't always work for me either.

    As a precaution, if you submit payment with a credit card there will be a forced automatic renewal option. Although some sources say you can remove this online - that feature is broken and the only current way to remove this is by calling their support at:
    Toll free: (800) 4MY-XBOX or (800) 469-9269

    If you opt not to cancel the auto-renew, by the time you see the charge on your bank account it may be too late to request a refund. (For myself it wasn't charged until 30 days after the 'billing date')

    If you do opt to call them to cancel the auto-renew be sure to have the information listed from this page handy:
    support.xbox.com/.../call-us.aspx

    Ive been onto that and the email address on thebilling page is the Live ID for his x box so i dont think ive put in on another account because we only have one!!! I have paid 39.99 and the balance on the accounnt is 0.00. Dont understand it at all!!!!

    Go to billing.microsoft.com and see what is going on with your account. Did you by chance put the gold time on the wrong account?
