xbox.com doesn't match xbox one friends list

even people who i added and have been friends with for weeks still don't appear on my friends list on xbox.com anyone else have this problem?

Can't buy Xbox 360 games on Xbox One

Check your payment details on Xbox one and then go online to Xbox.com, log into your account and double check your payment details match. Try buying the game on Xbox.com and download it to your Xbox one from your list. It could just be a conflict problem
if your details don't match between Xbox one and Xbox.com. If this still doesn't work, you will have to call Xbox customer service. Personally, I prefer to set up PayPal on my Xbox accounts and get less issues than I do with cards.

 

"Your Message Could Not Be Sent" Every time I message someone not on my friends list?

It doesn't happen on Xbox.com to me, only on my Xbox 360. ANYONE I message that isn't on my friends list will make that pop up...

 

It is because it is set up for 360 on Xbox.com. However, if you send/accept friend request on the website, then it shows up on the friends list for both systems.
