Xbox.com Cannot Read Messages

Okay I am sure this is not the correct area for this but there appears to be no area for anything related to Xbox.com. (There is Xbox One, 360, Hardware/Network, TV, Xbox on Mobile Devices and Error Codes) I chose Windows Phone since I am using a windows
computer. If you need to my thread please do so I am just really really tired of having this problem and anyway to speed up the process I would appreciate it.

Anyways to my issue. This has been happening since about Easter (April 5th) I noticed when I logged into the website xbox.com I could not access my messages. I can access them just fine on my phone and on my console but alas I could not on this website.
Which I wanted to send a message to all my friends wishing them a Happy Easter. I figured maybe this will just fix itself. It did not.

So about a week ago I did a support chat on two separate occasions. The first person was not too helpful but at the least the second person (Clarebith) was helpful in getting my troubleshooting. We went through about every conceivable idea but we did not
find a fix to this issue but we did discover some important information that should be helpful to the technicians on Xbox.com if they read this thread.

-Not a browser issue

-Does not work even when I use different devices

-Only seems to affect my account because when my brother logged on using my computer and devices it did not cause him any trouble

So 2 days ago I called Microsoft with the intention of trying to get this fixed. I spent several hours being transferred to different people and was told to call a different number. I was then talking to a person who told me to wait for about a minute while
they find someone to help me. After about 20 minutes the call was ended by their side and I pretty much gave up on the phone conversation with Microsoft. I am trying to be cool and emotionless while writing this message but I am really annoyed I cannot get
into communication with someone to help me for about 2 weeks.

Here is a picture of the error and I am not sure why it keeps happening. I hope that you guys can help me out soon because its been very annoying.

I can't send messages

I cannot send messages to my friends on xbox.com or any of my microsoft games. I've received a message on my microsoft bingo game that I cannot reply to. Even receiving one from my daughter, I can read it but not respond. It says "Due to past behavior, you
cannot send messages. Try again later."

How is that possible? I just made this account last month! And that was the very first time I sent a message!

Please help!

Sorry to hear about the issue with viewing messages! I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. The proper teams have been notified regarding this issue and are currently working on getting this sorted. We will make sure to update this thread

Okay I can now view my messages on Xbox.com though I cannot send any messages. Also I can't seem to be able to send messages from my Smartglass App either. Not sure what is going on there.

 

Sorry for the third post in a row but I have an awesome update:

I can now send people messages from Xbox.com so everything seems to be fixed thank you for whatever you guys did to fix it.

Is it possible to know what was the source of the problem? I am curious since I am thinking about doing some computer network stuff when I go to college. And this is something that would be cool to learn about.
