Xbox.com account settings not responding

I am trying to change my account settings on xbox.com for me to be able to play multiplayer Minecraft, but every time I click my account settings, it sends me to the support page over and over and over again. I need help! (PC)

If you are a child account, you won't be granted access to the link since it requires an adult account to change them for you!

Log on with HIS account at Xbox.com, then go to My Account, then 'Security, Family & Forums' and navigate to Xbox 360 settings, and change the relevant privacy settings and press Save. You should be asked to log in with the parental account to verify the
changes. Then he should be able to respond to the friend request.

Sorry to hear it. Nothing can be transferred between accounts. However you could set the secondary account as Home on the console (Xbox One only) to share the game to all other accounts.

The other option would be to log in to
account.microsoft.com with the account that made the purchase then search the billing history for the item. Mark down the order date and number. If there is an option to request a refund from there then click it.

If there is no option to request from that site then go to
xbox.com/refund and fill out the refund request form. Once submitted it will take Xbox up to 48 hours to respond to the request.

on the xbox.com website, try going to "My Account" and then "Privacy and Online Settings" and change the settings in there
