Xbox.com Account Not Signing In

What device are you using when trying to sign in? Are you having trouble signing in on other platforms? (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.) It would help if you can check if this is an isolated issue.

If you can sign in to other platforms, try signing in with your account at https://account.microsoft.com/

You should be able to sign in on your Xbox account as well if you are able to sign in on your Microsoft account.

what is his xbox.com account? his original gamertag with the @xboxfamilylive.com extension? what is the passowrd?

just sign into your account on xbox.com and then try signing into your profile on console.

if does not resolve then download your profile after signing into xbox.com.

Should be fine, just sign out of your brothers account and sign your account in at xbox.com.

Something weird to try and I've seen it work for friends of mine, is to log into a different gold accont Account B, launch the internet explorer application, go to xbox.com and sign into your account, Account A. Once you're signed into xbox.com with account
A, just restart the console, download your profile and sign in.
