Xbox code redeeming glitch

You didn't by any chance gain them by the exploiting the 160 MS points / 48-hour code glitch (the glitch allowed 160 point codes to be generated)? The reason I ask, is that 6880 divided by 160 is 43 (potentially 43, 160 point codes used to redeem 6880 points).
If you did exploit the glitch, Microsoft is redeeming the points received from exploiting the glitch. I was reading an article the other day and it quoted Microsoft saying that anyone who gained from the glitch, will have the points taken off of them eventually.

But is it still possible to redeem codes (if I don't try to DL right away)

If your order history does not show the code redemption then it was not in fact redeemed to your account. Is it possible you were logged into a different account at the time? If not, then I would go back to the retailer that sold you the card and
explain the situation to them and see if they can give you a new one. Then I would use the Xbox app to redeem it in the store to avoid further issues.

Sometimes codes can be glitched, but the billing support knows if any codes have been redeemed or if they are glitched. It's happened to me a few times, but a call to the billing support fixes the problem.

Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support. Forum support does not have access to that information.

What is the code for that you are trying to redeem? What is the error message/code you receive when you try redeeming the code?

sometimes the system glitches and what you need to do is buy a xbox live prescription from a store and redeem the code that is the only way that I know how to fix it
