Xbox Code of Conduct and it's lack of priorities.

I am making this post in regards to Microsoft's poorly made code of conduct along with the enforcement team not having their priorities straight.

My reasoning behind this is because of the fact that Xbox Enforcement Team has com banned more victims of cyber bullying for dropping an f-bomb or saying something of the sorts of "gee tee eff ohh" when the enforcement team doesn't do anything to discourage
cyber bullying, trolling, or toxic players on their platform.

There is no reason to make a code of conduct that allows behavior such as cyber bullying, and toxicity. Though they don't allow people who are bullying to stand up for themselves or others.

Microsoft, on behalf of the community that has dealt with such issues. We are disappointed in you guys.

I will agree that some bans are mistakenly given and some users who deserve a ban do mostly get away with it.

I wouldn't say some. The majority of people that I played with got com bans because a troll started messaging them and they basically tell them to [mod removed] or [mod removed]

See? Even the mods removed the [mod removed] and the [mod removed]. Shows what their priorities are.

Im sorry youre disappointed in microsoft but tbe enforcement team is currently backlogged due to covid 19 and they can use some work but please know that ambassadors like myself and others are doing tbe best we can with the current pandemic

It's been that way for a few years pre-covid. So Covid 19 is not an excuse for the enforcement team's incompetence for the last few years.

You shouldn't need to use profanity to defend yourself. It's really not that hard to communicate without using expletives. Adults do it all the time.

If you break the rules and get reported, you get punished.

Pretty simple.

That type of mindset is the same that the german people did in the 1940's.

People shouldn't be cyber bullying others and then reporting them for defending themselves.

Though getting com banned for abbreviations especially shouldn't be bannable. If you are going to play holier than thou, then go to a church, not online.

I mean if I am paying $10 a month, and have to deal with a toxic community and have to worry about losing a big feature of the experience of gaming because I stood up for myself when the enforcement team doesn't do jack.

That seems like a big rip off.

Yea I agree. The thing is though, will they actually change or will they remain the same. I feel like they will just be the latter.
