    I bought an xbox live gold 3 month membership, but when I try to redeem, it says it has already been redeemed. Should I try to get a refund from the seller or should I contact microsoft?

    I recently got Forza 7 and when I try to enter the code I'm informed that the code has been redeemed. Issue is I haven't redeemed it yet. I checked both my account and my wife's account and in the store it says we can buy the game. I've also looked online
    on the site and its the same thing. The game is also not in my ready to install section.

    I had the same issue , call xbox support and they will be able to help you , if you go to the store where you bout it you will be wasting your time they wont be able to help you . Please call xbox support and I hope your issue is resolved.
