XBOX code enforcement suspension

think my last discussion was locked by accident. After speaking with someone on customer support it was mentioned there are ambassadors from code enforcement on here who might be able to assist and explain the ruling either in private or through this public
forum. I would love to hear from them as all I am looking for is a real reasoning for getting suspended.

Thank you of hearing me out and I hope this isn't falling on deaf ears and my message is heard rather then locked down. This is a discussion on a topic and should be heard as there should be some communication and a back and forth rather then a silencing
of the issue. I was not getting disruptive or using bad language just arguing a point. I'm am definitely game to hear both sides provided it is a rational discussion with valid points not "if they have proof they have proof." That is not how our judicial system
works and would def not be accepted in a court of law. This is a serious topic and should be heard rather then just accepted. I'm not trying to be disrespectful just really want to hear the rational for suspending me and why I can't get an explanation. If
this is how we are treated when something happens to our account either through our fault or no fault of our own how can we expect fair treatment when a blanket judgement is handed out without any real tangible proof. Will the same happen when we are on the
other end?

Meaningless Suspension

Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

 

No one from the enforcement team uses the forums. Any information about your suspension is listed on
http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team will not give anything further than what is listed there.

 

yeah figured the customer service rep was telling me anything to get me off the phone.

Just s frustrated user and I can't get any sort of explanation aside from deal with it. But I can't get over the fact that I feel wrongly accused and have no way of defending myself. Im sorry for the duplicate post.

Can't believe after 7+ years I get whacked with this and have no way of even getting an explanation.

Code Enforcement and Suspension

I have been trying to get support and assistance in this issue but no one from Microsoft seems to want to help. Everyone is great at just deflecting and pushing this off. I keep getting "please reach out to enforcement website" but can not get a contact
person or a contact us email address. I sure most would sit back and ride out the punishment but you picked the wrong person and these claims are unfounded.

I say I'm sure there are some legal groups that would love to hear my story and my post gets locked. All I want is some help and to see PROOF of my wrong doing. Which at this point seems bogus since I seem to be getting bounced around. Admit what was done
by the enforcement team was wrong and an apology should be posted. This is truly ridiculous and you should be ashamed of yourselves for not trying to assist and help a customer. I/we are customers and we pay for a service. You suspend me you better have good
reason and PROOF to back this claim not just "well if we have proof trust me we have proof". I will not accept that. I have been completely willing to hear this out and willing to review the evidence just want someone to speak with. I will not let this rest. Have
someone contact me in game on my Xbox live account and I will get back to them.

Suspension ends in 3 days.
