Xbox Club posts being randomly deleted.

I am an Admin for a Club, and we've been experiencing an issue where our members, and even our Admins or the Owner, have had their posts randomly deleted. It's not picky about the deletion, as it deletes posts from a minute ago or two days ago. I was wondering
if anyone had an answer as to why this 'phantom deletion' would be going on? It's become quite upsetting to our members, and it's irritating as an Admin not to have an answer for them.

Thank you for reaching out! We are currently experiencing certain problems with our Xbox Clubs. Users have reported deleted posts, inability to join clubs due to a "reached limit," among other things. In order to get this sorted out in a timely manner, we

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the issue with not being able to delete your club, I would advise checking out this link for

Xbox One Clubs for more info on how to Delete Clubs. Once you click on the link your should be able to delete the club that you're in if you are the one who created the club.

Hello MrGlass,

Sorry for the issue with the club. AS I recall there have been issues with some clubs not being able to post and that. What I can recommend is maybe try a new club see if the issue persists. You could delete the current and remake it. there is no real troubleshooting
for clubs that I can find except for that. Also make sure all the settings for club are set. Here is information on

creating a club.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! I understand that this particular situation can be frustrating to go through. Now, just to clarify, have you already tried to delete the club and if so, is that when it notified you that the club will be deleted
in seven days? Also, if you haven't deleted the club, I would suggest using these steps to delete the club.

If you want to delete a club you’ve created, follow these steps:

From Home, scroll to the Community tab and select Clubs on Xbox.
Select the club that you want to delete.
Scroll to the Manage tab.
In the club settings, go to Ownership and select Delete club.
