    Xbox Cloud - video issue.


    Hey,



    I often get an issue where the video stream "separates" and I get a horizontal black bar in the middle of the screen. To stop the issue i alt-tab to a different window and back again. Sometimes the black bar is accompanied by the whole screen scrolling left to right.



    I've a got a Razer note 13.



    Any ideas what's causing this?

    Yes. RealPlayer Cloud was a good solution to watch the video on XboxOne. If you don't like to upload to cloud, just download PC RealPlayer Cloud and index your video. It also transcode it from PC to Xbox.

    I love it. and It was all free!

    Sorry for the issue with your video. If the video was never uploaded to the cloud and you deleted it off the console, there is no way to recover it unfortunately. In the future we recommend using the

    Onedrive app    .

    Thankyou for your reply and I have tried all those things and it has made no difference and I assume it’s just built into the Xbox that you can’t trim once the videos are on the cloud but is there some way to bring the videos back onto my console instead of the the cloud?
