Xbox cloud keeps crashing/disconnecting after about an hour of gameplay

As the title says, my game (coral island) keeps crashing/disconnecting after an hour of playing. This has been happening for at least a week. I am using chrome on an apple M2 pro (14 inch). I am in MN if that helps. This is becoming really frustrating since the game does not save until certain periods (a day in the game). Does anyone else know what the problem is?

Hi Adam,

I think you are not reading my post correctly.

1. , I am playing on Xbox cloud (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play) using a Chrome Browser on a Mac (2023 M2 Pro) with my gamepass ultimate subscription

2. Not windows, I am on a Mac. OS version Sonoma 14.2.

3. No app, I am on chrome browser. Version 120.0.6099.109.

4. I don't know if there is any troubleshooting steps available for this (I can possibly clear browser cache, may be in the future. note, this is a new laptop, barely been used, for less than a month).

5. I have only been playing for 15 days. So not enough history to say it was working before

6. Not much activity to change anything

It would be great if you could ask someone to check my (user: IllCereal137818) crash log. I am guessing the problem is with the game (coral island). Thanks.

Can you please provide us information/answer on the following questions:

1. What platform are you playing (Xbox Console, PC or phone)

2. What is the current version and edition of Windows Installed? (Search for WINVER in Windows search to see this)

3. Xbox app and Gaming services version? Xbox app > select Profile picture > Settings > About.

4. What troubleshooting steps have you done?

5. Was this working before?

6. Recent activity or changes made before the issue appeared?

8 hours of gears gameplay and no crashes/shoutdown.

I don't think is only luck based. Before switching to 60fps the crashes were about one per hour.

During first 15min of today's gameplay I had 2 disconnections then I removed glass table...no disconnections for another 1 hour, coincidence?

I will make another tests and keep u posted.
