    I can play most games on the cloud on my phone but certain games like Rage 2 or Halo wars 1 or Halo MCC give me a greyed out play button with no error message to tell me why I can't play these when I can play other games like Battlefield or Halo Wars 2.

    I am on a Samsung A32 and my region and country are all correct and supported by Xbox cloud and my controller is supported as it let me play most other games.
