Xbox Cloud gaming question

I have an Xbox One X and Series S. I also have gamepass ultimate. Recently, I saw how gamepass has cloud gaming. I tried it under my gamepss ID and it works good. However, it doesn't seem to work with my son's Xbox ID on the same console. Even if my ID is logged in.

He can play game pass games as long as my ID is logged in AND he has to download each game.

Is there any way of basically sharing the cloud gaming feature among different family member's IDs on the same console?

Xbox Cloud as long as the console is connected to a network. The article we linked has frequently asked questions in regards to the cloud. Be sure to let us know the results!

Unfortunately, Xcloud is seen as a benefit as if it were a PERK, it is only available to the account of the person who has the Ultimate subscription linked to it, so other people who are in your family group or people logged into your console will not have access to streaming games, only you will have it.

If you want to know if the controller is compatible with your Chromebook for use with Xbox Cloud Gaming, then according to the following website where a list of controllers compatible with Xbox Cloud Gaming is shown, it seems that the wired 8BitDo Ultimate controller is not compatible:

For now, the only 8BitDo controllers compatible with the Xbox Cloud Gaming are:

- SN30 Pro Controller for Xbox Cloud Gaming on Android.
- N30 Pro 2.

It looks like your question isn't related to the question that Maliek posted here which is in regards to cloud access on iphones, not android devices or region availability. If you have a question similar to Maliek or need clarification, feel free to ask it here. According to this website: Xbox Supported Countries & Regions | Xbox under Xbox Game Pass for "Cloud Gaming (Ultimate Only)", New Zealand does not have Cloud gaming available in that region. Cloud gaming is still in its Beta phase as seen here.
