    Xbox cloud gaming on mobile


    So I don’t have an Xbox at home witch is sad, but I have my phone and when I heard that you can cloud stream it was exiting news to me, so I purchased the Xbox game pass ultimate, and cloud gaming on my phone was running smoothly, but out of no where 4 days ago i tried playing and it was super laggy. I’ve tried forgetting the website and all, logging out of my Microsoft account and logging back in, and it still is laggy. My family pays for top-tier Xfinity WiFi, still lags, I’ve tried using my grandmothers t-fiber WiFi, it still lags. How do I resolve this issue? Sorry if this don’t make sense lol I’m dislexic.

    Cloud is independent of hardware. If you have cloud service any game will work that is supported
    That was my understanding, however it still is not available On cloud play in my Xbox yet, but is available on pc and mobile

    Try restarting both your mobile device and your Xbox console.

    If you are using a third-party controller with your mobile device, try connecting it to your device and see if that resolves the issue.

    If none of these steps are successful, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox Cloud Gaming app on your mobile device.
