Xbox cloud gaming not playing properly on samsung devices

I don't know why but Xbox cloud gaming on all my samsung devices just don't want to play at a proper 60 fps, it just plays at 30 fps with sort of a stutter, i tried messing with al the game booster and game optimizing service options, but even disabling them didn't work. I know for a fact that it isn't a connection problem because on the browser it plays smoother than the app, same for playing it on my laptop, but I want to use the app because I find it better than the browser for convenience. Can someone help me?

May I know if you tried using a completely wifi network to see how it goes?

The last option is submitting this feedback with Xbox team including the device models where this is happening because this is not normal.
Is the first time that I heard something like this, also. Can be related to actual status of cloud gaming, it's still in beta, but it's always good submit feedback:

Is this happening on a Android device with the Xbox Game Pass app, right?

May I know if you tried reinstalling the app to see how it goes?
But before that clean cache and data.

If it's still the same, could be an issue with the actual version of the app
Worth giving it a shot downloading a previous version, can be an update from the last month or last 2 weeks and try again.
You can use a safe page to search previous versions like uptodown

I used different wifi's already, and I already gave feedback multiple times, I guess I just have to wait, fortunately playing games on the browser is smooth so I can play here for the moment, it's just that I find the app better, and remote play to play my bought games, I saw that microsoft announced that later this year it will be possible to stream owned games so even this has a possible fix coming, thanks for the replies.

Tried both, but unfortunately it didn't work, I forgot to mention that this happens to me even in remote play on the xbox app, and that the menus run fine, it's just the games that just aren't smooth.

I don't know why gamepass games on the browser run fine bug remote play and xbox game pass app run poorly.
